Cashbox plc, the independent ATM deployer, today announced the successful acquisition of ATMs and site operator agreements from the Cash4All estate. Transaction highlights include:

- Acquisition of 499 ATMs from Cash4All lease providers
- Acquisition of 100 ATMs fully owned by Cash4All
- Transfer of 723 site operator agreements, representing the entire Cash4All estate, to Cashbox
