Atlas Estates Limited (the “Company” or “Atlas”), a Guernsey closed ended investment company formed to invest in real estate in Central and Eastern European (“CEE”) countries announces that it has appointed Fairfax I.S. PLC to act as the Company’s Nominated Adviser and Broker, with immediate effect.

The Company’s investment objective is to generate attractive and recurring returns from a diversified portfolio of real estate assets located in economically attractive countries in CEE. Atlas currently operates in real estate markets in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Romania, investing in yielding assets and development projects.

The Company’s shares were admitted to trading on AIM in 2006 and was subsequently admitted to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2008.
