Fairfax I.S. PLC has worked with the board of ZTC Telecommunications PLC (now renamed China Evoline PLC) (the “Company”) to secure £280,000 and effect a capital reorganisation to allow its shares to recommence trading following their suspension. The suspension was caused by financial uncertainties in the business as a result of the unexplained absence of its Chinese Chief Executive and General Manager. The Company now operates as an investing company and is looking for suitable acquisitions.
