Fairfax advises Blue Oar PLC on the sale of its subsidiary, Inteq Limited. Inteq is an Australian specialist investment and corporate advisory firm which has been sold to certain directors of Inteq.
Blue Oar PLC is quoted on AIM and is a specialist investment banking business. Fairfax acts as Blue Oar's Nominated Adviser and Broker.
