Fairfax advises Evolve Capital plc on the related party acquisition of Whim Gully Capital LLP and the purchase of a business from St Helen’s Capital
Fairfax is the nominated adviser to Evolve Capital plc and advised it in relation to the purchase of Whim Gully Capital LLP the vendors of which included directors of Evolve Capital plc. Fairfax advised the independent directors of Evolve Capital plc on this related party transaction.
