Fairfax I.S. PLC has completed a successful placing for Healthcare Locums plc, raising £11 million for the Company through the issue of 7,333,334 new ordinary shares. The placing proceeds will fund the acquisition of Orion, a specialist nursing and healthcare staffing company based in the UK and the LML Business, an established Australian medical staffing business.
