Fairfax I.S. PLC have been appointed as nominated broker to Capital Pub Company PLC (“the Company”). The company was admitted to trading on AIM on Monday 4 June 2007.


The Company owns and operates an estate of predominantly freehold, free-of-tie, managed pubs in Greater London. Its portfolio comprises of 21 unbranded and unthemed pubs, each of which caters specifically for its local market. The majority of the pubs are liquor-led, although a significant number of the Company’s pubs provide a high quality fresh food offering. It is the Company’s strategy to continue to build its pub estate by acquiring “neighbourhood” pubs in Greater London.
