Medusa Mining Limited (“Medusa” or the “Company”), the Australian based company operating and developing gold mines in the Philippines, announces that it has appointed Fairfax I.S. PLC as Nominated Adviser to the Company with immediate effect. In addition, the Company has appointed Fairfax I.S. PLC and Mirabaud Securities Limited as joint brokers to the Company, also with immediate effect.
