Promethean PLC (“Promethean”), the Isle of Man incorporated company, has appointed Fairfax I.S. PLC as its Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect.

Promethean was admitted to trading on the AIM market in June 2005. Promethean provides investors the opportunity to invest, indirectly, in private equity backed businesses including those that the Directors consider cannot generally be accessed by traditional private equity investors and corporate acquirers.
