Fairfax I.S. PLC (“Fairfax”) has successfully raised £10m for Nviro Cleantech plc (the “Company”) in a secondary fundraising.

Nviro Cleantech plc is a leader in commercialising clean technologies. The proceeds of the placing will be primarily used to fund the commercialisation and international roll-out of its lead project, Vertus RTP Technology.

The Placing is conditional, inter alia, on the passing of an appropriate resolution at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 2 July 2008, the New Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 8 July 2008.
